Our Aussie Traveller - Queensland
Queensland is Australia's second largest state and offers a wide variety of destinations and attractions. Best known for it's sandy coastline and tropical climate. Queensland has 6973km of coastline stretching from the Gold Coast in the south to the Gulf territory in the north. The coastline is lined with the islands of the heritage listed Great Barrier Reef. The arid west of Queensland provides the opportunity to explore some of Australia's unique outback towns. The Far North of Queensland is home to the ancient rainforests of the Daintree. Queensland has fast become a modern state combining natural features,
relaxed pace and lifestyle and thriving towns and city centres. |
